The Buena Vista Neighborhood Association operates on the generosity of it members and donors. As an all volunteer organization, consisting of concerned citizens and neighbors, membership dues and contributions go directly towards the following:
- Buena Vista Park investments such as tree seedlings and other plants, repairs to the landmark stone walls, and project planning documents.
- Basic operating costs of Website and other notices, meetings, PO Box, etc., to keep our Members and neighbors informed about issues that affect our neighborhood.
- Community events including the annual Buena Vista Neighborfest block party and hopefully new community gatherings.
- Funding commitments required by certain city, state and federal grant programs to which BVNA wants to apply for Buena Vista Park capital improvements.
Membership is open to all neighbors and friends with an interest in Buena Vista Park and the surrounding neighborhoods.
BVNA Annual Membership Dues are:
$20 Basic Membership
$30 General/Family Membership (up to 2 people)
$50 Contributing Member
$100 Supporting Member
Donations are tax-deductible and membership payments must be made through our 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor the San Francisco Parks Alliance (SFPA).
